Russel Market | Once again

I never get tired of shooting at Russel Market. When Vivek proposed for an exhibition on “Markets in Bangalore”, I went through my archive and was not satisfied with any of the photographs I shoot earlier.
So I decided to go and shoot again; this time I was looking for more details, more actions and more elements to be in the frame; and decided to go for B/W.
Vivek said,”There is a strong influence of Raghu Rai here”. I agreed. I followed his works on Calcutta.

“Tasveer” means photo in hindi. Tasveer, as an organization, is committed to showcase contemporary Indianphotography by regularly exhibiting the works of Indian photographers precisely and joyfully.

To achieve this, as the first effort,Tasveer is exhibiting a rare collection of Raghu Rai’s works.His photographs are an insightful journey into the mysteries of human life and nature. A set of 40 plus photographs spanning across 20 years of his works are the proofs of his journey towards the ultimate experience called DARSHAN.
